Colour Consultancy $325
Interior or Exterior
Paint can make a huge difference to a home. It’s not just the walls, it can be paint for the roof, fences, interior trims, cabinetry or furniture. Whether you want to DIY or hire a painting professional, we can create a colour scheme to suit your home.
It starts with a one hour consultation on site where we discuss what colours you would like to see added to your home. This is followed by a written Design Plan including samples where possible to give you a clear direction for your colour makeover.
Consider the cost of painting your home… getting it right is worth it!

Mini Design $495
Planning a few changes in your home? Do you need to replace Flooring, change the Blinds, update Lighting, Colours or layout a room’s Furniture?
The Mini Design is great for if you only need update a couple of parts without having to fully renovate. We meet for a one hour consultation in your home, discussing the updates you’d like to make & what will work with the parts of the home that aren’t being changed.
Included is a written Design Plan with samples when required to make sure you have all the answers for your renovation or home makeover. This can be a forward thinking plan, which you can chip away at for years.
The Mini Design can be for many questions you have like ways to better use the spaces in your home, where artwork should be placed, required lighting, décor selection, or down to door handles. It is about answering the hard questions you may have.
The Mini Design covers up to 4 selections. Larger projects are considered the Maxi Design or big projects can be quoted the time of consultation. Local (outside Local incurs a travel fee, see below)
Consider how much it will cost if you get it wrong. Having an experienced opinion is worth the small fee.

Maxi Design $795
Are you a little overwhelmed?
Similar to the Mini Design, the Maxi Design is to help you with larger projects or many decisions for your renovation.
This covers 4 to 8 selections, including Interior & Exterior Paint Colours, Kitchen, Bathroom & Laundry Finishes, Design Ideas, Blinds or Curtain selection, Flooring options, Lighting & Décor. It is for larger projects where you need to coordinate a few choices while working with the existing building.
Included is a written Design Plan with samples, laying out all the changes in detail. This Design Plan can be handed over directly to tradespeople for quoting or construction.
The Maxi Design covers from 4 to 8 selections, giving you all the answers you need!

Custom Full Design $2995
This is a much larger project, taking multiple meetings & looking at many, many details.
Like the Maxi Design, this is more than 8 selections & is great when there is planned to be a large or whole-house renovation. This can be for both Residential or Commercial projects.
Included is a written Design Plan with samples, laying out all the selections. This Design Plan can be handed over directly to tradespeople for quoting or construction.

Hourly Rate $95 Per Hour
The hourly rate is for if your project doesn’t fit into any of these categories, goes beyond that scope of work, or you want to meet quickly once. This is intensive Design work for the whole hour & charged at 1/4 hour intervals.
Project Management is charged at this hourly rate. Project Management is controlling, organising & overseeing the renovation, & liaising with the tradespeople to get the project complete.
Kitchen Design $1095
Do you need to update your Kitchen?
Do you feel like it could have a better layout, gain more storage or bench space?
Starting with a one hour consultation onsite we discuss & measure the area to determine what may fit. You then receive scaled drawings, showing the exact sizing of every part, ready for cabinetmakers or builders to quote from. Perspective photo-realistic drawings are added to show how it will look overall from multiple angles.
This includes a written Design Plan with all the selections of Benchtop, Cabinetry, Splashback & Wall Colours.

Bathroom Design $895
Time to renovate your Bathroom or Laundry?
Just like the Kitchen Design, we meet in the room, measure & discuss what direction you’d like the style to go in.
I meet with you in your home & discuss what you want from your Bathroom or Ensuite. You then receive scaled drawings of your room with the fixtures in place & perspective drawings of how it will look when you walk in. This includes with the new tiles, wall colours, vanity & lighting.
A written Design Plan is included detailing all the information on the tiles, vanity finishes & selected basins, toilets & tapware.
This can also be completed for a workable Laundry Design, a Mudroom Entrance or any other small area you need redesigned for a better layout.

Commercial Projects $550 Initial Consult
Local
Have a café, office or showroom to design? Or does the exterior of your building need attention?
We start with a one hour consultation to ascertain your plans for the business & what you want it to say to the general public. This may be all which is required depending on the size of the project, but for larger projects it may fit into the Custom Full Design plan or I can quote for much larger or long term projects. All invoices include GST & can be made to the business name for tax purposes.
Included is a written Design Plan with samples when required to make sure you have all the answers for your renovation or business makeover. All is completed to make this renovation easier for you.
Travel .88 c per km
Outside the Albury/Wodonga Area
I happily service the wider Albury / Wodonga region, with many clients in Beechworth, Rutherglen, Yackandandah, Wangaratta, Mount Beauty, Corryong, Corowa, Bright & Wagga.
The Australian Tax Office requirement for consultant travel is .88 per km to & from the site. All pricing is based on Albury CBD as the base, with the travel charge added to your choice of Design package.
Postage $15 Aus. Post
Outside the Albury/Wodonga Area
You may live out of town but want those paint samples & Design Plan to base your decisions on. Not a problem. With Australian Express Post I can post the flat Design Pack to your choice of Australian address.
